Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds for products will be given up until thirty (30) days after the purchase date upon receipt of the returned product, providing the product has not been exhausted.  Products must be received back to the company at user’s cost before the refund will be provided.  Any products returned will only receive a refund of the product price (including sales tax).  No monies will be returned for shipping or handling.  Any refund given will be credited back to the card used during the time of purchase minus the shipping cost.  No personal checks or cash will be issued. All products purchased are not prescribed or required by Gorgeous RxTM and are purchased and used by the user at their own discretion and risk.

Gorgeous RxTM is not liable for refund for any product(s) if:

  1. The product(s) have been completely used,
  2. The product(s) have been damaged,
  3. The product(s) have been stored or exposed to extreme environments,
  4. The claim is made more than 30 days after you purchased the product(s).

Please email contactus@gorgeousrx.com or call 1-888-334-8940 with your tracking number and we will grant your refund once your order has been received by our office.

This return policy is applicable to items purchased only at www.gorgeousrx.com. We are not affiliated with or responsible for the return policy of other retailers, including those online and offline.

Any items you wish to return that were not purchased via www.gorgeousrx.com must be returned to the retailer from which you originally purchased them. Any questions about another retailer’s return policy should be directed to the retailer from where you originally purchased.

We are unable to accept returns from other retailers and the return policy found at www.gorgeous.com will not be applicable to items purchased from other retailers. Customers receive a competitors’ product as a replacement (as mentioned above) only if they originally purchased via www.gorgeousrx.com 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received the requested refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable): 
Only products that have been damaged during shipping are considered for exchange.  Exchange for products will be given up until thirty (30) days after the purchase date upon receipt of the requested product being exchanged, providing the product has not been exhausted.   Products must be received back to the company at the user’s cost before the exchange will be provided.  Products will be exchanged with the same product.  User will be responsible for shipping or handling.  Gorgeous RxTM will grant an exchange for any product(s) if:

  1. The product(s) have not been completely used,
  1. The product(s) have been damaged,
  2. The product(s) have not been stored or exposed to extreme environments,
  1. The claim is made prior to 30 days of purchasing the product(s)

Gifts: 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

Shipping: 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1300 East 86th Street, Suite 14189, Indianapolis, IN 46240. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
