Terms of Sale

By placing an order user, is offering to purchase a product on and subject to the stated Terms and Conditions.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.  Shipping times for product may vary according to availability and are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Gorgeous Rx^TM is not responsible.  In order to contract with www.gorgeousrx.com, www.gorgeousrxsystem, www.gorgeousrxbox, www.grxsystem.com, or www.grxbox.com, user must be the authorized user of a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Gorgeous Rx^TM, www.gorgeousrx.com, www.gorgeousrxsystem, www.gorgeousrxbox, www.grxsystem.com, or www.grxbox.com expressly retains the right to refuse any request made by user.  If user’s order is accepted, Gorgeous Rx^TM will inform the user by email and will confirm the identity of the party which the user has contracted with. This will usually be www.gorgeousrx.com, www.gorgeousrxsystem, www.gorgeousrxbox, www.grxsystem.com, or www.grxbox.com or may be in some cases a third party.  Where a contract is made with a third party www.gorgeousrx.com, www.gorgeousrxsystem, www.gorgeousrxbox, www.grxsystem.com, or www.grxbox.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between the user and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which apply to the user.  When placing an order, the user undertakes that all details provided by the user are true and accurate, that the user is an authorized holder of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of products and services may fluctuate.  All prices advertised are subject to such charges.

a) Our Contract

When user places an order, the user will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of the order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the user’s order.  A contract between Gorgeous Rx^TM will not be formed until Gorgeous Rx^TM sends you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which the user ordered have been shipped to the user.  Only those goods and services listed in the confirmation e-mail sent to the time of shipping will be included in the contract formed.

b) Pricing and Availability

While Gorgeous Rx^TM tries and ensures that all details, descriptions, prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur.  If Gorgeous Rx^TM discovers an error in the price of any goods which the user has ordered Gorgeous Rx^TM will inform the user of this as soon as possible and give the user the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.  If Gorgeous Rx^TM is unable to contract the user, Gorgeous Rx^TM will treat the order as cancelled.  If the user cancels and has already paid for the goods, he or she will receive a full refund.  Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the “Total Cost.”

c) Payment

Upon receiving an order Gorgeous Rx^TM carries out a standard authorization check on the user’s payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.  The user’s card will be debited upon authorization being received.  The monies received upon the debiting of the user’s card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods the user wishes to purchase.  There are several shipping options including local pick-up for the user to choose. Once shipping option has been chosen, allow one business day for processing the order besides what user chose as number of days for shipping. Once the goods have been shipped and the user has been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods the user has purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
